As well as being an academic discipline, students can engage in drama purely as an interest. Parker Hall, the school's main auditorium, provides an excellent location for the twice-annual school productions. As well as taking acting roles, students have the opportunity to develop and use their skills in lighting, sound, stage design and direction. Recent productions have included an original adaptation of Kipling's Just So Stories, Check Please by Jonathan Rand, Harvey the 1944 Pulitzer Prize winning play by Mary Chase, Reginald Rose's 12 Angry Men, and Christopher Durang's The Actor's Nightmare,as well as occasional sets of one-act plays.
