Ensure a Stable and High-Quality Staff
- Establish and maintain a competitive compensation structure and address quality of life issues to attract and retain the best people for the job.
- Evaluate all staff with reference to the Desired Learning Outcomes using an appropriate system; create training plans linked to professional standards.
- Invest in a programme of high-quality continuing professional development for all staff, including opportunities for the gaining of Masters Degrees and other qualifications.
